Our highest ambition is that you will have a enjoyably stay at our hotel and have wonderful days with everything that the city has to offer.


As we have the privilege of often having fully booked, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we guarantee available rooms only when a confirmation has been sent to you and it is then returned signed and approved by you.

What we can offer

Accommodation in the middle of central Malmö with a price from SEK 300 per person/per night.

Breakfast at extra charge when booking SEK 75 per person/per night.

Payment

The last payment date depends on the total value of the reservation:


  • less than or equal to 50 000 SEK, 50% of the total value of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance is billed after departure. 

  • 50 001 SEK or more, SEK, 50% of the total value of the reservation is due 60 days before arrival, the remaining balance is billed after departure.

     

Rebates or other bonus offers cannot be invoked. 

Please make sure that dates, the number of guests etc. is correctly stated on the confirmation.

Cancellation rules

When the total value of the reservation is equal to or less then 50 000 SEK the following rules apply: 

  • Cancellation 30 days before arrival is free. 
  • Cancellation between 29-15 days before arrival 50% of the total value will be charged. 
  • Cancellation between 14-18 days before arrival 75% of the total value will be charged. 
  • Cancellation between 7-0 days before arrival 100% of the total value will be charged. 


Until 7 days before arrival a modification of up to 10% of the total value of the reservation may be made free of charge. 



When the total value of the reservation is between 50 001 and 99 999 SEK the following rules apply: 

  • Cancellation 60 days before arrival is free. 
  • Cancellation between 59-30 days before arrival 50% of the total value will be charged. 
  • Cancellation between 29-15 days before arrival 75% of the total value will be charged. 
  • Cancellation between 14-0 days before arrival 100% of the total value will be charged. 


Until 7 days before arrival a modification of up to 5% of the total value of the reservation may be made free of charge.

 


When the total value of the reservation is greater then 100 000 SEK the following rules apply: 

  • Cancellation 90 days before arrival is free. 

  • Cancellation between 89-60 days before arrival 50% of the total value will be charged. 

  • Cancellation between 59-30 days before arrival 75% of the total value will be charged. 

  • Cancellation between 29-0 days before arrival 100% of the total value will be charged. 


Until 7 days before arrival a modification of up to 5% of the total value of the reservation may be made free of charge.
